Make sure you have Windows 98 installation USB disc with you. Once you have created ultimate Windows 98 bootable USB using the Rufus of any other tool (as mentioned above), you are ready to install Windows 98 using this USB flash drive. Windows 98 圆4 (64-bit) version never released and hence, does not exist. Microsoft Windows 98 is only available in x86 (32-bit) version.
